Île aux Cerfs — Catamaran + GRSE Waterfall
Catamaran to Île aux Cerfs, on the east coast: turquoise lagoon, on-board BBQ lunch and a stop at the Grande Rivière Sud-Est waterfall.
Île aux Cerfs is the postcard of the east coast: a huge lagoon, endless shades of blue and a white-sand beach all to yourself for the day. We board at Trou d’Eau Douce and sail straight for it by catamaran.
On the way, a stop at the Grande Rivière Sud-Est (GRSE) waterfall — a favourite with kids. Then snorkelling in the lagoon, an on-board BBQ lunch and a free afternoon on the island: swimming, a walk along the sandbank, or simply doing nothing at all.
I book the boat and arrange the transfer from your hotel. A safe bet, especially if you’re staying on the East or North coast.
