1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all tourism
services offered by Streetbuster Ltd, trading under the name
Sailset Tours (hereinafter « the
Agency »), registered with the Mauritian companies register under
BRN C19162404, holder of a licence issued by the
Mauritius Tourism Authority.
Any booking request implies the client’s full and unreserved acceptance of
these T&Cs. These conditions prevail over any other document of the
client, unless a derogating written agreement is signed by both parties.
2. Booking
2.1 Booking procedure
Bookings are made exclusively via a quote request through the online form, by
email (saileshsetahul@gmail.com) or by WhatsApp (+230 5254 7755). No instant
online payment is offered through the sailset-tours.com website.
On receipt of the request, the Agency sends the client a detailed quote
specifying the services, the dates, the total price and the payment terms.
2.2 Quote acceptance
The quote is valid for 48 hours from its date of issue,
unless explicitly stated otherwise. After this period, the Agency reserves the
right to revise prices or availability.
The booking is considered confirmed once the client has: (1) accepted the
quote in writing (email or WhatsApp), and (2) paid the requested deposit
within the allotted time.
2.3 Confirmation
The Agency sends the client a written booking confirmation on receipt of the
deposit. This confirmation constitutes proof of the contract concluded between
the parties.
3. Prices
The prices shown on sailset-tours.com are stated in
Mauritian Rupees (MUR), with an indicative conversion into
Euros (EUR) and Pounds Sterling (GBP). The
conversion rates shown are provided for information only and may vary. The
amount invoiced is always the one shown in MUR on the accepted quote.
Prices may be changed at any time, in particular in the event of a significant
variation in the cost of transport, applicable taxes and duties, or exchange
rates. Any change occurring after booking confirmation will be communicated to
the client as soon as possible.
Prices include only the services explicitly mentioned in the accepted quote.
The following are excluded in particular: travel insurance, airport taxes not
included, personal expenses and any service not specified.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made according to the following terms:

Deposit: 30% of the total amount on booking confirmation
(unless a different arrangement is stated on the quote). -
Balance: the remaining balance is due at the latest
7 days before the start date of the service, unless
otherwise arranged in the quote.
The accepted means of payment are:
- MIPS (Mauritius Internet Payment System)

MCB (Mauritius Commercial Bank — bank transfer or MCB
Juice)
No card payment via Stripe or any other foreign provider is accepted. In the
event of non-payment of the balance within the allotted time, the Agency
reserves the right to cancel the booking and to retain the deposit paid.
5. Cancellation and amendment
5.1 Cancellation by the client

Free cancellation: any cancellation made
more than 24 hours before the start of the service will
give rise to a full refund of the amounts paid, less any processing fees
mentioned on the quote. -
Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund will be
made. The full amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee. -
No-show: if the client is absent at the agreed date and
time, no refund will be made.
5.2 Amendment by the client
Any request for amendment (date, number of participants, service) must be sent
in writing to the Agency as soon as possible. The Agency will make every
effort to respond favourably, subject to availability. Additional fees may
apply depending on the conditions of local suppliers.
5.3 Cancellation by the Agency
If the service is cancelled by the Agency for reasons beyond its control
(force majeure, extreme weather conditions, access closure, etc.), the client
will be offered either a postponement of the service or a full refund of the
amounts paid.
6. Liability
6.1 Role of the Agency
Sailset Tours acts as organiser and/or travel intermediary for the services
described in the accepted quote. As such, the Agency undertakes to use all
necessary means to ensure the proper performance of the booked services.
6.2 Force majeure
The Agency cannot be held liable for failures or delays in the performance of
its obligations resulting from force majeure circumstances: natural disasters,
epidemics, government action, strikes, political instability, or any
unforeseeable and irresistible external event.
6.3 Travel insurance
The client is strongly advised to take out travel insurance covering
cancellation costs, medical assistance and repatriation before departure.
Sailset Tours does not offer travel insurance and cannot be held liable for
the financial consequences of a lack of cover.
7. Complaints
Any complaint must be sent to the Agency within 30 days of
the date of the service concerned, by email to saileshsetahul@gmail.com or by
WhatsApp on +230 5254 7755. The Agency undertakes to acknowledge receipt of
the complaint within 5 working days and to provide a response within 30 days
of receipt.
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the parties may resort to a
mediation procedure before any legal action.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Mauritian law. In the event of
a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the competent
Mauritian courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
Clients residing in the European Union are informed that they may also contact
the relevant consumer protection bodies in their country of residence, in
accordance with the applicable provisions of European consumer law.
