Blue Safari Submarine — Trou aux Biches

Blue Safari Submarine is the only experience of its kind in Mauritius — and probably in the Indian Ocean. You board a tender from Trou aux Biches, then transfer to the submarine moored at the surface. Once on board, the descent begins: 35 metres below the ocean, where the light shifts and the big fish live.

Through the panoramic portholes, you observe century-old black corals, schools of trevally and, if luck is on your side, green turtles gliding through the deep blue. The underwater portion lasts around 45 minutes. The submarine is air-conditioned, the seats are comfortable — no age limit, no physical requirements.
