Helicopter Flight — 30 Minutes over the North
Thirty minutes above the northern tip of Mauritius by helicopter: turquoise lagoon, islets, Cap Malheureux and volcanic peaks seen from the sky.
From the air, Mauritius is breathtaking. In thirty minutes, you fly over the most spectacular scenery the north has to offer: the emerald-green lagoon of Grand Baie, Gabriel Islet, Flat Island, the famous red-steepled church at Cap Malheureux and the volcanic silhouette of Pieter Both in the distance.
The helicopter lifts off from Mont Choisy or SSR Airport depending on the day’s schedule. Maximum four passengers — intimate, with a window seat for everyone. The pilot provides commentary in English or French throughout.
I handle the booking and coordination with the operator. This flight books up several days in advance: don’t wait if you want this aerial postcard to take home with you.
